Refund policy

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please Note:

• Custom-tailored or personalised items are non-returnable.

• Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and refunded to the original payment method.

• Refunds will be issued no later than 7 days from the return being processed.
